COVID PROTOCOL
- Due to Greene County's Level 3 designation, we are providing curbside-only service.
- Urgent Care Walk-In Hours are 10am-12pm and 3-5pm weekdays and Saturday 10am-noon.
- EFFECTIVE Nov 4, 2020, we are not able to accept new clients until Greene County is below a Level 3. We will see new patients of existing clients. Please call if you have questions regarding this policy.
- Our lobby is closed. You will need to call and check in from the parking lot. We will come to your car when we are ready to take your pet inside. You will communicate with the doctor over the phone.
- Clients are permitted in the building for End-of-Life visits. Please call to check in from the parking lot.
- Ask about leaving your pet with us for an exam/treatment if you need to use our Urgent Care hours.
- We will return to allowing 1 client in the building and accepting New Clients when Greene County returns to a Level 2 designation.
- If you have been ill with COVID-type symptoms, please stay home. We have a dedicated team serving you, but we need to keep our team healthy in order to continue doing what we love - helping pets and their owners.

Urgent Care Walk-ins are accepted from: 10 am - 12 pm Monday - Saturday 3 pm - 5 pm Monday - Friday Patients are seen on a first come, first serve basis unless deemed an emergency or end of life care. Urgent Care hours are intended for sick patients - not routine exam and vaccines - and we reserve the right to deny services for routine care so that we can attend to ill pets. Be advised, we are closed the first and third Wednesday of each month from
1 pm - 2:30 pm for staff development meetings. |

Our compassionate and devoted team strives to support

client education, preventative care, leading diagnostics,

Our staff arrives early to care for hospitalized pets and boarding cats, and to prepare the clinic for the day’s appointments and surgeries.
We are available by phone after 7:15 am.
Appointments are available for routine care, including multiple pet appointments. If you would prefer to see a specific veterinarian for exam or surgery, please let us know when you call for an appointment.
*Saturdays and evenings are busy so please make routine appointments well in advance
If you have a sick pet, please call as early in the day as possible to schedule an appointment. If you are an existing client and it is helpful to your schedule, you can drop off your pet for an exam and treatments.
