Client Service Representatives
|
Marion has always enjoyed working with people. She is so happy to have found a new passion through veterinary medicine - helping people help their pets. Marion joined our team in 2021 and has been brightening our lives ever since with her contagious laugh and upbeat personality! She especially loves expanding her animal knowledge each day and then sharing that knowledge with owners. Marion first joined our team supporting both patients in exam rooms and assisting reception at the front desk. In 2025, she stepped into the role of Lead Client Services Representative. While she now focuses on guiding and supporting our front desk team, you'll still occasionally find her lending a hand in exam rooms with patients.
Originally from Miamisburg, Marion now resides in Dayton with her partner, Mike. She has 4 crazy cats: Stevie Mitts, Smoggy Moon, Steale Metal, and Sneakers. Stevie, Smoggy, and Steale are big, fluffy Maine Coons. In her free time, she enjoys immersing herself in nature by traveling, hiking, and camping. One fun thing she did recently was got her motorcycle license, so if you see a cool motorcycle in the parking lot, you know she’s at work, ready to help your pet! |

Jeri has been a valued member of our front desk team since 2009! She is from Coldwater, Ohio and currently resides in Vandalia. We are thankful she makes the drive to be a friendly face at our front desk. Jeri loves to assist clients, in person or on the phone, and finds satisfaction knowing that every day she has done everything possible to make pets and their families feel cared for and loved. Her Associates Degree in Paralegal has served her well in the daily communications she facilitates between clients and our doctors. She strives to care for the animals that cannot care for themselves and she enjoys learning from our doctors and technicians so that she can continue to address client concerns. A random fun fact about Jeri is that she was a competitive swimmer year-round from age 8 to 18 years old, so it’s no surprise that she LOVES the beach.
With husband Tony, and children Morgan and Troy, she enjoys family vacations to enjoy the ocean and fun in the sun. Locally, she likes to go hiking with her family and three dogs, including two Golden Retrievers, Lacey and Oliver; and a mixed breed Otis. |

Katherine is our self-confessed “phone chick” and was initially hired to answer phone calls and facilitate the influx of client questions and concerns. She came from a strong background with animals: breeding and showing Bearded Collies since she was a teen, earning her title of Master Groomer, and working for many years in another animal hospital. This strong and varied background, coupled with a Bachelor’s in Communications, means she can more than adequately handle the variety of phone calls we receive each day. She will tell you that her favorite part of veterinary medicine is talking to pet owners. She aims to listen to their questions and concerns so she can secure the answers or products they need. Being a supporting member of our team means she is able to help care for patients who cannot speak for themselves.
Since joining our team in 2011, she has held multiple roles within the practice but currently works as a back-office customer care specialist. In this position, she helps with behind-the-scenes communication, client support, and administrative tasks that keep the clinic running smoothly. Though a military brat, Katherine’s family moved to Fairborn in her teens, and she has resided in Greene County ever since. She lives with her husband, Tim, and three Bearded Collies: Adam, Peggy Sue, and Lulu. Besides attending dog shows, Katherine enjoys crocheting and being a self-proclaimed “total nerd.” If your pet is named after a movie or book character, she will likely get the reference. |

Sandy is a Registered Veterinary Technician and proud Pennsylvania native that brings over two decades of experience and knowledge to our team. She graduated from the Bel Rea Institute in Colorado in 1999. She began her journey with Docton in 2002 under Dr. Bill Imperial and, after working here off and on, officially returned "home" and rejoined our team in 2022! During her time away, she spent 13 years in animal research, deepening her knowledge and passion for animal care. Sandy is especially interested in holistic and alternative medicine. Her friendliness and wealth of knowledge make her a true asset to the front desk!
Outside of work, Sandy enjoys visiting Pennsylvania as often as possible. She loves spending time outside, and prefers to be anywhere with a beautiful mountain range! She also enjoys spending time with her husband and two Beagle mixes, Dot and Barnabas. |

Kaylee's photo coming soon...
Kaylee joined Docton Animal Clinic in late 2025. Kaylee is a Beavercreek native and proud graduate of Beavercreek High School, where she graduated with honors in 2019. When asked what sparked her passion for the field, she happily says, “Who doesn’t love spending time with cute animals all day?” Kaylee’s favorite part of veterinary medicine is building meaningful connections with clients, and she admits that the endless puppy and kitty cuddles are definitely a bonus. She enjoys being part of a team that supports both pets and the people who love them. Looking ahead, Kaylee’s career goal is to grow into office management and human resources, where she hopes to continue supporting both clients and staff behind the scenes. Krissy's photo coming soon...
Krissy joined Docton Animal Clinic in January 2026 She is a high school graduate, class of 2013. Krissy’s passion for veterinary medicine is deeply rooted in her bond with her dog, who has been her best friend for over seven years. Through their journey together, she has gained firsthand experience advocating for bully breeds and working to change the stigma often associated with them. Training her dog herself taught Krissy not only about animal behavior, but also about patience, compassion, and unconditional love. This experience shaped her belief that all animals deserve understanding, care, and respect—especially those who may be unfairly portrayed as intimidating. Krissy’s favorite part of veterinary medicine is meeting a wide variety of patients and learning the unique stories behind each one. She enjoys building connections with both pets and their owners and appreciates the individuality every animal brings. Looking ahead, Krissy’s long-term goal is to open her own rescue that also provides training for the animals brought into her care. Outside of work, Krissy enjoys going on walks at Sara Lee with her dog, riding motorcycles with her husband, gardening, reading, and spending time with her chickens. She resides in Xenia with her husband, Kyle. Her animal family includes Saphira, a Staffordshire Terrier, and five chickens—Blossom, Buttercup, Daphne, Velma, and Katara. |

Adryen's photo coming soon...
Adryen joined Docton Animal Clinic in late 2025. She is from South Charleston, Ohio, and earned her Associate of Applied Science degree from Clark State College in 2023. Adryen has always been surrounded by animals, growing up with horses, cows, chickens, ducks, dogs, cats, and even a pet raccoon. This lifelong exposure shaped her passion for veterinary medicine and her belief that animals deserve strong advocates, especially since they cannot verbally express their needs. Adryen is committed to being that voice for every patient in her care. Adryen enjoys the variety that veterinary medicine brings, appreciating that no two days are ever the same. She values getting to know both patients and clients and enjoys building meaningful connections throughout the day. Currently, Adryen is balancing life as a new mom while continuing to grow and learn within the veterinary field. Outside of work, Adryen enjoys gardening, hiking, going to rodeos, and riding horses. She participated in rodeo for 10 years and continued her involvement by serving on the board for five years after graduating. Adryen has a dog named Ivy Sue and 12 chickens. She shares her home with her husband, Nate, and their baby boy. |

Practice Manager
|
Tiffany began her career with Docton immediately following high school graduation. She worked as a veterinary assistant throughout college and graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science in Middle Childhood Education with a focus on Mathematics in 2004. She completed her Masters of Education in 2005. She continued working at Docton while taking several long-term substitute positions at nearby schools. When a career in the education field didn't come to fruition, she was offered a full-time position as office manager.
Tiffany went on to earn her Certificate in Veterinary Practice Management from St. Petersburg College in 2013. She then achieved the title of Certified Veterinary Practice Manager in 2014 after completing the necessary requirements and sitting for a national test, as designated by the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association. She is one of approximately 1,000 CVPMs nationwide. She enjoys the variety a veterinary office offers and rarely misses an opportunity to gush over puppies and kittens, although she has a particular soft spot for our more "senior" patients. She resides with her husband, Brandon, and two sons on a Greene County farm. She shares her home with an orange and white cat, "Tater", a spunky black and white cat name Lazarus for his near death experience as a 3 week old kitten, "Bandit", a black cat rescued as an underweight, starving kitten off the bike path, and 2 barn cats: Fluffy and Precious. Her free time is spent camping, swimming, fishing, and just being outdoors with her family, as well as reading and scrapbooking. |

Katie's photo coming soon...
Originally from Jamestown, Ohio, Katie studied large animal production at The Ohio State University Agricultural Technical Institute before joining our team in September as our Human Resources Manager. When asked why she is passionate about veterinary medicine, she shared, “Being able to help animals and livestock live their best lives is what I am passionate about. I always dreamed of being a veterinarian, so being able to become a part of the Docton team is just fantastic!” For Katie, the best part of working in veterinary medicine is being able to spend her days around animals. As she settles into her new role, she looks forward to learning every aspect of the clinic, supporting the needs of our staff, and getting to know our clients and their pets. With our practice continuing to grow, Katie’s expertise in human resources - ranging from employee support and workplace communication to hiring, training, and fostering a healthy and positive work culture - comes at the perfect time, and we’re thrilled to have her guiding these efforts. Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her family on their farm, camping, and encouraging her children as they pursue their own dreams within the livestock industry—a passion that has long been shared by her entire family. She resides on the family farm with her husband, Mike, and their children, Craig and Liz. She is also the proud “grandma” to her Grand-dogs Sully and Buzz, as well as her Grand-kitty, Avocado. |
Clinic Cat
|
Margot, also known as Marge or Large Marge, wandered into our lives in July 2024 after being rescued in Jamestown looking rougher than a Monday morning. With large wounds, a maggot infestation, and weighing in at over 20 pounds, she was a full-time project and part-time potato. Thanks to Dr. Emily and the rest of the heroic Docton team, Margot received spa treatments of warm water soaks and honey therapy until she was feeling herself again (just slightly less sticky).
After graduating from Docton Animal Clinic's rescue program on August 1st, 2024, Margot earned her badge as our official clinic cat. She's now living her best semi-retired life, working diligently on her weight loss journey—mostly through passive cardio (watching others walk around). Margot is passionate about veterinary medicine because it allows her to nap while surrounded by hardworking humans. Her favorite parts of the job include complimentary meals, endless affection from staff and clients, and the great company of our assistants, technicians, and doctors. She has made it a professional commitment to being directly in the way at all times—especially in our reception area. In her free time, Margot enjoys a good nap, quality control of food bowls, and giving judgmental stares to passing dogs. Her future plans involve absolutely no movement and an ongoing quest to become a speed bump with fur. |
