We have two ways for you to access your pet's medical history electronically. You can also use it to request an appointment, view your pet’s vaccination history and prescription details, request prescription refills, and access information about our practice!

1) You may login to your pet's online page via www.petly.com. We do need to have your email address on file in order to create an account.

2) Our new mobile app is called Pet Health Network.  To start using the app, download Pet Health Network from the iPhone App Store or the Android Google Play store. You may need to contract us for a code in order to link the app with your account.
 
Whether you have the mobile app or not, you can call us at 937-372-6391 or text us at 937-202-4518 during business hours. Texts received after hours will be responded to the following business day.
