In Clinic Pharmacy
Our in-clinic pharmacy provides for your pet’s medication needs 6 days a week. The pharmacy is operational during normal business hours (note: we are closed the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month from 1 - 2:30 pm for staff development meetings).
Refills on previously prescribed medications should be phoned, emailed or texted in 24 hours prior to ensure your order is ready when you arrive; requests for controlled substances require a 48 hour advance notification. This will allow us the time to review your pet’s medical chart to ensure the correct dosage and treatment are given, as well as to acquire doctor authorization to refill the medication. You may request refills by calling us at 937-372-6391, emailing us at [email protected], or texting us at 937-202-4518. Refills can also be requests via Petly, your pet's personal online page or our app! Search your app store for "Pet Health Network Pro"; during set-up, you may need to contact us for a code in order to link you to our clinic and your pet's information.
If you prefer to have items shipped to your home or are looking for items not available in the clinic, please click below to shop our online store!
